Welcome,

I'm  Shenae March, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, neurodiversity- affirming advocate, and founder of Pivotal Cusp.

My desire to understand the ways in which humans interact with their environment began through advocating for a close family member with Autism. I saw first hand the importance of disseminating accurate information, establishing assent based interventions, establishing rapport across disciplines, and the influence one's community has when attempting to  facilitate growth.

I earned a Bachelor's degree in Speech with a concentration in Speech-Language Pathology from Georgia State University. Over the course of 7 years, I worked as a special education paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), instructional designer,. I then decided to  further  my education with a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas.

Through my work as a BCBA, I've had the privilege of evaluating the appropriateness of 504 plans and IEPs,, preparing graduate students and postgraduates for the BCBA exam, and providing support in various settings, such as but not limited to homes, schools, religious institutions,  and the greater community. Each day, I am honored to have the opportunity to advocate and witness the profound impact we can make when we work together.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I find joy in exploring the world around me through travel and hiking, archery, water activities, and immersing myself in the beauty of nature through photography. I'm also an avid reader and book collector. Of course, spending quality time with my loved ones brings me immense happiness.

I look forward to assisting you in achieving and maintaining the progress you seek.

Take care!

~ Shenae A. March, BCBA, LBA
